NASOMH is a national leader, partner and advocate for policies, programs, and services that improve the health and well-being of racial/ethnic minorities, tribal nations and underserved populations. Through our network of state and territorial offices, we are uniquely positioned to implement nationwide three core strategies to eliminate health disparities and achieve health equity: Partnership Development, Capacity Building and Workforce Development.
