Partners for Advancing Health Equity (P4HE): Health Equity Resource Library

Partners for Advancing Health Equity (P4HE) has released an expanded Health Equity Resource Library, a national collection of research briefs, practice tools, policy summaries, case studies, webinars, and cross-sector project highlights focused on advancing equitable health outcomes. The library gathers contributions from academic institutions, community-based organizations, public health agencies, and nationwide equity collaboratives. The collection includes materials on community engagement models, equity-centered evaluation frameworks, structural racism, implementation strategies, and examples of applied equity work across states and local communities. Many resources are designed to support practitioners and organizations working to address disparities through policy development, workforce strategies, program design, and community partnerships. The Resource Library may be especially useful for teams seeking ready-to-use tools, evidence summaries, and examples of effective approaches that can support minority health priorities, improve program alignment, and strengthen cross-sector collaboration. Users will also find publications and webinars that highlight practical strategies for embedding equity into public health practice, service delivery, and statewide health initiatives.
