The 14th Annual Health Equity Symposium, hosted by the Center for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), will bring together health care professionals, community leaders, researchers, public health experts, and workforce partners to discuss strategies to advance health equity and improve opportunities for underserved communities. The 2026 theme, “From Access to Advancement: Building Communities of Resources,” will focus on strengthening collaboration across healthcare, public health, and community systems. Sessions will explore topics including healthcare access, community engagement, workforce development, clinical trials, mentorship, and pathways to careers in healthcare and STEM. The symposium will also provide opportunities for networking, partnership building, and sharing innovative approaches to addressing systemic inequities and improving community health outcomes.
