ASTHO Policy Institute Lunch & Learn: Preserving Institutional Knowledge for STI & ID Programs will explore strategies for maintaining institutional knowledge during workforce transitions within public health agencies. Participants will learn promising policies and practices for knowledge transfer, succession planning, and workforce resilience to help sustain sexually transmitted infection (STI) and infectious disease (ID) prevention programs. The webinar will also highlight practical approaches to preserving critical expertise and ensuring continuity of public health programs during staff transitions.‍
